The Board of Directors consists of 2 Executive Directors (the Chief Executive Officer and the Finance Director) and 4 independent Non-Executive Directors. The Board is constituted as below:

The Company’s issued ordinary share capital comprises of 225,417,740 ordinary shares of 5 pence each. The Company has also issued 580,482 units of 6% cumulative preference shares of £1 each. Both the ordinary shares and the preference shares are listed on AIM.

In so far as the Company is aware, as 26 June 2024 the percentage of the Company's issued ordinary share capital that is not in public hands is 14.30% and the percentage of the Company's 6% cumulative preference shares that is not in public hands is 55.71%.

The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury and therefore the number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 225,417,740.
